To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, we have implemented a "no return" policy until the outbreak is over. There may also be a delay on some orders being dispatched due to suppliers not having stock. We always endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible but sometimes this is not possible due to factors out of our control.
